Reid Middleton Principal, David Swanson, presented his findings from his leadership of and participation on the 2011 SEAW Great East Japan (Tohoku) Earthquake Reconnaissance Team at the Society of American Military Engineers July luncheon. Dave was also provided a technical briefing on his team’s findings to the Washington State Seismic Safety Committee on July 22nd. This state-mandated committee is responsible for setting the direction of the State of Washington Earthquake and Tsunami Safety Programs and reporting activities to the State of Washington Governor.
