Reid Middleton Design Engineer, Erik Bishop, travelled to Costa Rica to provide training on Post-Disaster Safety Evaluations of Buildings (ATC-20/45) for the Costa Rica Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The ASCE-sponsored training program is intended to train local architects and engineers in post-disaster safety evaluations of buildings and infrastructure.
