Provided condition assessments of Coast Guard’s waterfront facilities along the East Coast.
Keeping Things Ship-Shape. Reid Middleton provided condition assessments of waterfront structures at U.S. Coast Guard Stations in Maine, New York, Virginia, and Vermont. All results were presented in an assessment report for each facility. Reports included condition assessments, load limit updates, recommendations on short-term and long-term repairs, cost estimates for each asset, estimated remaining service life, and ongoing maintenance recommendations. With this information, the Coast Guard can plan for the future of these facilities.
