Providence Alaska Cares Medical Center

Caring for the Vulnerable. Reid Middleton provided the structural engineering for the Alaska CARES, Child Advocacy Center. This new facility brings together mental health, trauma care, victim advocates, law enforcement, child protection, tribal health, and forensic medicine all under one roof. It creates a collaborative and secure space for these professionals to work alongside the children and bring all available resources to bear on each situation. The Providence Alaska Cares Medical Center was nominated for the 2019 Gold Pan Award for Community Service of a Large Business.
