Maker of store display racks expands warehouse to improve service.
More room for Merchandiser. Mobile Merchandisers needed to expand its existing facility in Mount Vernon. Reid Middleton performed structural engineering for the design of a 15,500 square foot warehouse and office facility. The facility serves as an expansion of a previous, adjacent facility. The design used a pre-engineered metal building structure for the majority of the building and includes a small storage loft and canopies. Reid Middleton’s design work included building foundations, retaining walls, site walls, and a slab-on-grade designed to resist forklift and crane loads.
