Wendell has 47 years of civil engineering, planning, and surveying experience. His expertise includes master planning, agency representation, permitting, coordination of development services, environmental documentation, economic analysis, and strategic planning on sites ranging from 75 acres to 1200 acres. He has served as project manager, lead planner, public involvement specialist, and design discipline coordinator for port districts, the US Navy, municipalities, and private sector clients. Wendell understands how to represent his clients’ project vision.
