From complex topographic surveys to growing organic vegetables in his garden, Phil applies his attention to detail to everything he does. Coworkers and clients appreciate his friendly and helpful demeanor and his “get it done right the first time, on time” attitude.

As a surveyor, Phil enjoys getting to map the state’s boundary jigsaw puzzles. Helping others is his top priority and he finds fulfillment in overcoming each project’s unique challenges. He uses high-tech surveying tools to help achieve client goals.

With over 28 years of surveying experience and 11 years of project management experience, Phil leads the survey group. His work experience includes topographic, boundary and as-built surveys, aerial mapping control, GPS surveys, construction staking, legal description, and boundary analysis as well as preparation of legal descriptions and exhibit maps for public and private clients.
