Joni manages Reid Middleton’s HR functions and has 30 years of HR experience, is a Toastmaster, and was affiliated with the Seattle Jobs Initiative Mentor Program. As someone who is helpful, cheerful, and a good listener, she enjoys being able to interact and serve her coworkers. Her hobbies are diverse and include boating, camping, hiking, gardening, sewing, all the crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
