Design services for this public access and fishing pier located on Lake Terrell in the Whatcom Wildlife Area in Whatcom County were provided by Reid Middleton. The new pier was designed to provide access to the freshwater lake for fishing and wildlife viewing. The pier included steel piling, steel framing, grated deck, ADA accessibility including ADA railings, benches, and an approach abutment. Reid Middleton's design was incorporated into the overall site design construction bid package prepared by for the project. Reid Middleton provided design, technical specifications, and cost estimates for the pier projects.
