Damage from Hurricane Francis resulted in the complete collapse of the Chevron Texaco's Clifton Marine Oil Terminal at Nassau Bahamas, including the pipeline network system in 2004. The project involved the complete demolition and replacement of the damaged pier. Reid Middleton's engineering services included project management and feasibility study, mooring analysis, construction cost-estimates, site inspections, and design of breasting and mooring dolphins, mooring system, fender system, and pipeline support structures. In addition to design, bid and construction support services were performed.
