NE 116th Street runs through a rugged area of Redmond and draws a variety of pedestrian foot traffic, bicyclists, and drivers on their way to school, work, play, and home. Creating a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing roadway and multiuse path complemented the installation of a fish passage culvert.
