The first & only open-water marina in Washington state.
The only open-water marina in Washington state. The city-owned marina was in the process of renewing its lease for the portion of the marina facility located over Washington Department of Natural Resource (DNR) lands. The Marina Association requested Reid Middleton provide an updated DNR lease exhibit, based on a 1981 survey prepared by Reid Middleton founder LeRoy Middleton, for the work required to maintain the facility of the renewed lease. The survey crew also performed a topographic survey to map the horizontal position of the existing piers, docks and floats.
