Shannon leads the waterfront and port engineering team. Her expertise begins with initial feasibility analysis and master planning through permitting at the state and federal levels. Her waterfront design experience includes sitework, utilities, shore protection, marinas, commercial and industrial marine and port facilities, waterfront parks and public access facilities, boatyard and marine terminals, and coastal outfalls.
