David strives to provide top notch service to his clients and provide top notch advice on complex issues. Solving problems to provide solutions that others did not think possible is what excites him about his profession. A structural engineer with 22 years of experience, David has substantial experience in the renovation of existing buildings, including performing condition surveys, seismic evaluations, and the design of renovations, upgrades, and expansions to existing buildings. His design efforts range from supporting minor tenant improvements to the complete rehabilitation and upgrade of large buildings. He has extensive experience in the seismic evaluation and upgrade of existing facilities, including the application of current ASCE 41 standards.
