President

Observant, curious, and practical, Bob is a natural problem solver, both from an engineering standpoint, and an operational standpoint. Bob leads the firm.

Bob has more than 41 years of engineering design, project management, and construction management experience. He has specialized experience in site and facility layout and construction to enhance the physical safety of staff and visitors from terrorist or other violent attacks, including application of the latest Department of Defense Minimum Antiterrorism Standards. He has given numerous presentations on these guidelines to professional societies. Additional areas of expertise include site development, commercial and industrial building construction, utility distribution systems including water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, electrical, steam and compressed air, roadway design and construction, and project cost estimating. In addition to general site and building development, he has also worked in marine and airport construction zones. Bob is a former officer in the Navy Civil Engineers Corps and has served overseas and in the Puget Sound region.

Bob enjoys facilitating and acting as catalyst to see projects completed that solve a real need for clients.
