We are seeking an entry-level structural engineer to join our successful structural engineering practice in our Anchorage, AK office.

A qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field of study plus the following:

• Registration as an Engineer-In-Training.
  • Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience with structural analyses and design software such as Enercalc, ETABS and SAP.
  • Knowledge of REVIT Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work with a team of engineers collaboratively in a team environment; and the ability to work independently to find unique and clever solutions. Other desirable skills include familiarity with Arctic and sub-Arctic environments and the building permitting process in Alaska.

Salary:
$76K – $80K annually (Alaska only)
