Engineer: Structural Group The right individual for this position has a BSCE or MSCE and has obtained, or is on a track to obtain, EIT and PE registrations. Qualifications include up to three years structural design experience. Design tasks include planning and layout, technical design, quantity calculations, cost estimating, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction administration assistance. Projects will range from small public access projects to large, complex commercial projects. The successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively with clients and other designers, the ability to work independently under general guidance and direction, a desire for continually increasing challenges, and an interest in a mix of work between the office and the field. |
