Professional engineering services (including design, bid support, and construction management) were provided by Reid Middleton for replacement of the existing timber Dolphin 3 facility for railcar barges with a new dolphin composed of steel piling, concrete pile cap, rubber fender system, mooring hardware, cathodic protection system, and steel superstructure.
