Riverside Industrial Park

Located near the Snohomish River, Riverside Industrial Park provides space for a variety of new and expanding business uses. By generating a thoughtful Master Plan at the start, the park can house a diverse mix of industrial operations, including manufacturing, assembly, and warehousing. Follow-on work included full design of the site infrastructure.
