Conibear Shellhouse Renovation & Expansion

Renovating and expanding Conibear Shellhouse, which serves as living quarters for the University of Washington's crew team and houses a team gym and staff offices, required careful planning to create an environmentally sensitive plan. The design for these utilities supported this building's low environmental footprint and contributed to restoration of the surrounding wetlands.
