City of Arlington Police Station & City Hall Annex Improvements

This 1906 classic city hall building has served the City of Arlington for over a century. A growing city with increased need for public services required additional building space. A new police station with entry through a sally port, secured parking, visitor parking, and up to date utilities and stormwater management system were in demand.

Provide stormwater management and water quality treatment on a fully developed site at a reasonable cost

RESULT

Cost-effective design of a stormwater infiltration system that takes advantage of local soil conditions, provides water quality treatment, and returns stormwater to the local aquifer
